Are you being pushed to add a Qualified Plan to your suite of Employee Benefits - either by your employees or by regulation?  Are you worried when you read about employers being sued because their Qualified Plan is deemed “too costly”. What are the expenses involved in having a Qualified Plan? Need assistance in answering these questions? We work best with:

The small to mid-sized Company, typically less than 100 employees, though more is not a problem!

The business owner who is involved in the process, not just “Set it and forget it”.

The business where employees matter.

What's Included

Plan Design

A Cookie cutter approach to the Qualified Plan world helps no one.  EVERY employer has different needs and requirements.  With our best practices, we encourage discussions to design the most flexible approach to having the Plan, paying for the Plan, governing the Plan, and maintaining the Plan over the long haul.

Plan Investment Menu

Investments are important, but what is actually needed.  It is estimated that by 2025 70% of every dollar going into Qualified Plans will be in Target Date Funds.  What does that mean?  Is it right for you and your Plan.  Are there alternatives?

Ongoing Guidance

We believe in relationships - with you and your employees.  For you, we keep you on the FIDUCIARY straight and narrow, helping you avoid pitfalls in that area.  For your employees we are there to answer questions and provide as much guidance as needed.

Our Qualified Process

A 4-step process designed to showcase how you can improve financial success and optimize your investments.

A 30-minute phone call that will give us the opportunity to assess whether your situation matches our expertise. Further, it gives you the chance to evaluate whether we are someone you could see yourself doing business with. This is a two-way street.

Step #2 - Get Organized

A one hour meeting that focuses on gathering the necessary information we need to do our jobs and help us understand what your most important goals, challenges and desires are. We will then take this information to create a personalized financial plan. This plan will be focused on steps that you can start implementing to help you accomplish your goals or conquer those challenges.

Step #3 - Proposal Presentation

Another one-hour meeting where we will discuss what we have determined as the most appropriate steps for you to start taking to start working towards your desired financial future. We will explain exactly what you can do today to improve your financial success and optimize your investments.

Think About It!

Sleep on it!: At the end of the process, we simply ask that you sleep on it. We understand that deciding to work with a financial advisor is aa big step. We are looking for long-term relationships, not a one-and-done transaction. There’s never a hard-sell or a pressure to say yes. If you ultimately decide that we aren’t a good fit, we are happy to point you in the direction of another advisor with the expertise that you are searching for.

Still Have Questions? Keep Reading...

  • Can you meet virtually and work with people in other states?

Yes! While most of our clients are local to our Northeast office locations, we work with clients all over the United States. For our virtual clients and potential clients, our firm has the capability to use either Zoom or GoTo Meeting

  • Do you offer an hourly or one-time project fee option?

Unfortunately, our firm is not currently equipped to offer hourly or one-time project options. We do our best work with people who are looking for a long-term relationship.

  • Why should I consider hiring ProEast Asset Management?

If you’re looking for a team that will help you accomplish things like creating successful retirement outcomes, investing smarter, or lowering your tax bill, then you’ve come to the right place. On that same note, if you’re looking for someone to “beat the market” year-in and year-out, you’ve come to the wrong place. Our goal is to focus on what’s important and what you can control. In our view, trying to predict the future doesn’t fall into that category.
