Nina is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in client relations and operational management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Client Relations and Operations at ProEast Asset Management, LLC, she is dedicated to fostering strong client partnerships and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.
Nina joined ProEast in 2013 and has played a pivotal role in transforming the client experience through innovative strategies and a client-centric approach. Her expertise in building lasting relationships and understanding client needs has been instrumental in driving revenue growth and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Over the last decade at ProEast, Nina has held various leadership positions where she developed a comprehensive understanding of operational best practices and client management. She has a proven track record of implementing systems that streamline operations and improving client service delivery.
Nina holds a MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovative Practices from Bay Path University and earned her undergraduate in Marketing & Communications from Bryant University. She is passionate about maintaining a positive morale amongst her team and leads the team in weekly meetings often speaking of the importance of client relations in today’s competitive market.
In her free time, Nina enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dog, and practicing yoga. She resides in Western MA with her family.
